Looking for beta. Have you climbed the cracks on the wall below the old dam?  They look great but I haven't done a lot of first ascent work.

Get after it. I'd bet Jerry Painter, Dean Lords, or Matt T would help you develop the area. When I was in the IF area in the 90's I thought its all been done, its all been climbed. Now I read about the areas Dean has been working on and I think there might be more out there.
Go get it.

If I'm thinking about the same section you're mentioning, it's not worth the effort... The rock quality is poor at best and the cracks are absolutely filthy from mud running through them. If you were to put in the work to clean them out, they'd only become filthy again, likely soon after. But don't let that deter your from considering new route development! Go explore! Sometimes it just takes some firsthand examining of the rock to determine if it's something you want to work on or not.
