Dean Lords – Palisades Creek Weeping Cave

Dean has a new post on his blog with pictures highlighting his recent outing to the Palisades Creek Weeping Cave. If you are interested in this new area you can get a feel of it from his blog post.

On a side note, Dean has had a few bouldering pads come up missing from the Dam Boulders. If you know what may have come of them please let us know.

Dean Lords has penned a new post, with a handful of nice photos, on his blog about a recent visit to the basalt columns at Idaho’s Connor Creek Summit.

I first visited the columnar basalt zone on Connor Creek Summit in 1994. We only did two routes, but since that single visit to this small crag, i have always joked that the best crack climbing at the City of Rocks was at Connor Columns! Not that i think there isn’t good crack climbing at the City of Rocks…
